Ordering

All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments and is processed immediately.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed through the online shop.

If you have not received an email within 24 hours please check your spam folder and debit/credit card statement. If you can’t see the transaction please call your card issuer to confirm funds have been debited from your account. 


Refunds

Traders withdrawing from the event after purchasing space are liable to pay the following charges:

TIME PRIOR TO EVENT
90 days+ / Refund: 100% / Admin Fee Payable: £25.00

89-31 days / Refund: 50% / Admin Fee Payable: £25.00

30 days and under / Refund: 0% / Admin Fee Payable: £00.00
